Your handwriting can reveal your character and in other words it can help you knowing yourself or others to achieve personal growth. Self awareness is the way to judge your own self as well as others which can guide you to make balanced decisions during life time.
Graphology is the study of handwriting and by highlighting your character traits graphology may provide you with a new direction in life.
If you can face up to your strengths and weaknesses, honestly and objectively, you can lay the foundations for more understanding relationships with others, both in your personal life, and at work.
Many aspects of your personality will be known to you but responses to people and situations are complex, often made below the level of conscious awareness. If you can appreciate why you feel and react as you do it is possible to reach a level of inner harmony.
'Online handwriting analysis'
Confucius, who wrote: "Beware of the man whose writing sways like a reed in the wind." The first extensive work on handwriting analysis dates to 1622, when an Italian physician named Camillo Baldi published A Method to Recognize the Nature and Quality of a Writer from His Letters. In this book, Baldi stated the fundamental premise that continues to guide handwriting analysis today: "It is obvious that all persons write in their own peculiar way 'Characteristic forms' cannot be truly imitated by anybody else." In other words, like snowflakes, every person's writing is unique.

'All about life coaching' - Helping you grow spiritually
Blog 'All about life coaching' is one of those blogs which help you grow spiritually and get the most out of your life. 'Life coaching' words seems like joining or participating a course or a workshop but my opinion is that our life is a 'coach' itself if we intend to learn to make our life better. If we are keen and enthusiastic for self growth and self improvement there is a lot to learn around us.
Site itself explains about 'life coaching' in these words:
'Life coaching is helping people go from neutral on into their future. I (author) see life coaching as very individual to each every coach. It is an alliance - a partnership whereby the life coach acts as guide, support, objective observer, listener between the lines of their client in order to help that client achieve what they want to achieve in their life.'
All about life coaching is produced by Maia Berens who is life coach and former self improvement executive and known for her gentle intervention and tender wisdom. Maia graduated with a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University, which she attended on a full scholarship.
She has been dubbed 'Wise Fairy God Mother' by those who participate in her workshops, a title which she has graciously accepted.
Maia says about herself, "I have a natural ability to help people see what's good about what’s going on in their lives,” and she lives what she teaches, putting joy into each day.
As the founding director of the Mars Venus Institute, Maia trained more than 500 professional therapists and corporate speakers worldwide based on the principals of John Gray’s Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus and had the pleasure of working extensively with the book’s author for over 18 years.
Her blog 'All about life coaching' is not only a reflection of her work, but you can read a lot of useful self development articles and posts at the blog.
You can ask any self improvement related question by submitting at a given box (at the right side bar). One answer per week will be featured on the site. You can win Free book, "Once Upon a Time There Was You: Three Magic Secrets to Finding Your Real Self" if yours is chosen.

What is creativity and how to be creative?
Creativity is a skill which can be developed like other human abilities.
As a teacher I am appreciated for my creativity skills, but whenever I asked to do some creative work, I was not quite sure how to be innovative or more creative? So this article is first for myself and then for all who want to know what is creativity and how to develop this natural skill?
What is creativity?
According to a definition from California State University,Northridge
"Creativity is defined as the tendency to generate or recognize ideas, alternatives, or possibilities that may be useful in solving problems, communicating with others, and entertaining ourselves and others.
In order to be creative, you need to be able to view things in new ways or from a different perspective. Among other things, you need to be able to generate new possibilities or new alternatives. Tests of creativity measure not only the number of alternatives that people can generate but the uniqueness of those alternatives. the ability to generate alternatives or to see things uniquely does not occur by change; it is linked to other, more fundamental qualities of thinking, such as flexibility, tolerance of ambiguity or unpredictability, and the enjoyment of things heretofore unknown"
Enchanted Mind says:
"Creativity is an attitude that can be cultivated and expanded. Once you have learned how to maintain a creative attitude, you can apply it to anything you set your mind to. The way to develop a creative attitude is to stretch and stimulate the mind daily to keep it flexible and resilient. Expanding your brain and mind will accelerate your creative potential.
Science has proven that if you exercise the brain beyond your current limits, you create new neural pathways. Neurologically this is called "use dependent plasticity". In laymen's terms it means use it or lose it. If you attempt to reach beyond the obvious solutions to a problem, you will be permanently opening new neural pathways in the mind. Practiced daily, this technique will create those permanent pathways."
Enchanted Mind provides you stuf to create a daily experience of humor, inspiration and creative problem solving. The combination of these three elements, if practiced daily, will open the mind, allowing creative genius to blossom. With this method you can stimulate creative thinking habits and add a little delight to your day.

Sure Start.gov.uk is a government programme which aims to achieve better outcomes for children, parents and communities by:
Increasing the availability of childcare for all children, improving health and emotional development for young children, supporting parents in their aspirations towards employment.
Sure Start.gov.uk explains in "Why Creativity?":
"Creativity is part of every area of the curriculum and all areas of learning have the potential to be creative experiences. The creative process which includes curiosity, exploration, play and creativity, is as applicable to Personal, Social and Emotional Development; Communication, Language and Literacy; Mathematical Development; Knowledge and Understanding of the World and Physical Development as it is to art, music, dance and imaginative play.
We can use creativity to solve problems and think of new ways to deal with challenges. We can use creative role-play to widen our horizons and creative thinking is an important part of science and maths.
Why is creativity important?
Being creative helps us to adapt and respond to a rapidly changing world. We don’t know the challenges that the children we work with will grow up to face, but we do know that for them to meet these challenges they will need to be creative and imaginative."

"Evolving Times" a self growth site with "Law of Attraction" resources!
Created by Edward Mills, who is a "Law of attraction" Coach, Teacher, Speaker and writer. Evolving Times is a reflection of his passion about self growth. He is an enthusiast to explore and expand his awareness of himself and the world around him.
Alongwith a long list of posts covering different areas of personal development, this blog shows Edward's passion about "The Law of attraction"
People with no knowledge of "Law of attraction" might be interested in this "Revolutionay theory", which is the talk of the town today. I am also an enthusiast about this concept, and this blog is a really nice resource for this purpose. You may get many search results, while searching for this term, but as most of the sites are professional and selling something relating to this formula, better to have a look at "Evolving Times", before going to other sites. But first, let's learn about "Law of attraction"
Our thoughts can attract what we want, our thoughts simply focus our actions, taking certain actions will certainly bring about certain results. Focusing on what you want, and following that thought with focused and planned action works. It works like magic. "The law of attraction" is based on this theory, and by applying this law in a planned manner, you can get wealth, success and everything you want in life. So in short term you can say that it is "key to success or treasure"
At Secret of law of attraction blog the definition is quoted as:
"The Law of Attraction is very real and people are utilizing it right now to achieve their dreams and goals. Through monitoring and controlling your attitude and perception you can change the experiences in your life. The programming that lies in the depths of your subconscious mind is that which controls your conscious mind, which in turn controls the choices and decisions you make in relation to the direction your life takes. By thinking positively you will be much more likely to have positive experiences to match. The bible verse that says "as you sow so shall you reap" is in line with the Law of Attraction, as is the passage "if you speak death you will eat death". Both indicate that what you think, do, feel and believe is where life will take you."
- Download free simpleology e-book
At the site a commentator says "The secret to working the Law of Attraction to our benefit involves faith in ourselves, belief in our inspiration and purpose, and then taking the inspired action to assist God/the Universe/non-physical in answering our prayers/intentions/desires."

What is happiness?--Few quotes!
I always wonder what is happiness? --Because there are times, when you are happy without any reason,
-may be when you listen a word of praise,
-when you are with your sincere friend and sharing your secret with him/her,
-when someone trusts you and shares his/her secret with you,
-you get unexpected good news, and there are times when you get everything around which could please you but you are still unhappy,
and there are many conditions which may vary as to individual's personality. But everyone would agree that when you look around for getting happiness, sometimes time doesn't favour you. And still trying to get happiness is a dream.
But what is happiness?---
Here are some quotes, or sayings of famous people. May be like me, you would get your answer!
* Some cause happiness wherever they go; others whenever they go”
Oscar Wilde quotes (Irish Poet, Novelist, Dramatist and Critic, 1854-1900)
* “Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect. It means that you've decided to look beyond the imperfections.”

You can cultivate your ability to heal yourself!
Self growth, self improvement and self help are the main topics of this blog, and there are a lot of helpful studies, researches, articles which teach you to lead a healthy, meaningful and improved life style. I do believe that healing is from your inside, and everyone has those healing abilities, to cure oneself.
Here is an article from “The Healing Mind”, by Dr. Martin Rossman, who has over 35 years of experience in the field of imagery for self healing.
“It’s just common sense that it is the body’s natural healing abilities more than medicine that causes us to heal. A surgeon may stitch the edges of the skin together but it is the body’s response that heals the wound. A physician can prescribe antibiotics for an infection, but without an effective immune response, the patient will not recover. Healing is an innate property of life, and learning to support that property is critical to a truly good medicine.
A Tale of Two Gardeners
When my first daughter was a year old, we moved to a new home. In the back of the house, adjacent to her room, were half a dozen plants that were obviously in poor condition. The stems were virtually bare of leaves, and those that remained were curled, browned and discolored. There were no flowers or buds. I am not much of a plant person, but even I could tell that these plants were not doing well.
I called a gardener. A leather-skinned old fellow, he looked at the plants for less than a minute and told me that they were infested and diseased. He then recommended treating them with strong pesticides. The plants were right around our daughter's room and I wondered if the pesticides might be toxic.
Concerned about the potential risks of this approach, I got a second opinion from an organic gardener, a pleasant young man who carefully examined the plants and their environment. He agreed completely with the first gardener about the infestation, but his treatment plan differed markedly. He said, "You know, these plants haven't been looked after for some time, and they are pretty sick. If they were healthy, they would naturally resist these infections. We might have to use some pesticides, but first, let's give them some help and see what they can do on their own." He then showed me how to prune the deadwood, aerate the soil, fertilize the plants, and get them on a regular watering schedule. He cut the plants down to the ground so they wouldn't be putting energy into non-productive growth. I was amazed that they could survive but he explained about roots, "There's as much of that plant underground as above ground and from those invisible roots the new growth will emerge if we nourish it properly." In the next few months, new shoots grew, and healthy leaves appeared. The next year, we had beautiful blossoms.
I use this story to illustrate two very different approaches to medicine and healing. One seeks to cooperate with, stimulate, and work with natural healing abilities, while the other goes to war with nature, and attempts to conquer her. Sometimes one works better than the other, sometimes both work, and sometimes neither. There is no reason that they need to be mutually exclusive, and there are many times over the past 30 years when I have worked with patients using both approaches side by side.
We have all been blessed with a mind that can evoke, understand, interact and cooperate with our natural ability to heal. The human mind can be our best friend and ally on our journey to healing.
Here’s a brief example: a young woman named Alexandra developed some breast lumps, and in spite of many assurances from very good doctors that they were benign, couldn’t stop worrying that they were malignant. With my guidance, she took few deep breaths, relaxed, and imagined that she could take her mind inside her breast. She invited an image to form that could tell her something useful about these lumps, and to accept and explore the image that came, whether or not it made immediate sense to her.
She reported that she saw a small stream, with a number of small stones partially obstructing the flow. As she looked more closely, she said that the stones actually looked like pearls, and began talking about how oysters formed pearls as a response to irritation, and that they were an attempt to protect the oyster from these irritations. She realized that she had been stressed and keeping a demanding schedule, and to keep up, she had been drinking more coffee, eating poorly, not resting enough, and feeling run down. She felt this was likely the cause of the lumps. She ended her guided imagery meditation with a feeling of appreciation for the wisdom of her body, and a sense that she could and would resolve these issues. As she reworked her schedule, balanced her attention between others and herself, ate better and eliminated coffee, the lumps went away.
Alexandra, and other people who stop to consider what their inner wisdom is telling them through their bodies, learn that the wisdom of nature is built into them, and that they can access it by getting quiet and inviting its guidance. Seen in this light, symptoms are just a way our inner wisdom gets our attention. By respecting your wisdom, asking for its guidance, and paying attention in the special way guided imagery provides, you will often find that illness can teach you about health and wellness. You learn that you can cultivate your ability to care for and learn from the healing nature that lies within you, and you can re-own your respect for the healing marvels that you truly are.

Know your Biorhythms, for self growth and self help
It was only fun when I used this free software to check if it can help me anyway. I was fascinated by the degree of accuracy, as it provided me the information about bad days during this month. I was regularly meditating, but still felt sick and my energy level was going down, without any reason.
I checked my biorhythm chart, and it was clearly showing my low level of my physical and emotional condition. Then I started browsing the web to get more information about biorhythm and its effectiveness. I want my knowledge to share it with you, as I think that it can help us know the full potential of our capabilities.
Biorhythm is a powerful tool that helps you to calculate your biorhythm cycles so you can plan accordingly to achieve maximum efficiency and get ready for the next days of our life.
First let's get some information about "Biorhythm"
"Bio" pertains to life and "rhythm" means the flow with regular movement.
Biorhythms are inherent cycles that affect you physically, emotionally and intellectually. They regulate metabolism, coordination, emotions, memory, sexuality, creativity etc.
As each of your biorhythm cycles show ups and downs, so does your ability to perform certain tasks, physical activities, deal with stress, and make sound decisions. Getting knowledge of our positive biorhythm cycle can assisst us in planning sporting activities, participate in public events and a lot more. And the same way when we check negative cycle at our chart, it is time to get ready for hurtful situations, grief, stress, possible accidents, etc.
History of Biorhythm:
* About 3000 years ago, the scientists of ancient Greece were recording the regular rhythms of basic bodily functions such as respiration, kidney activity, pulse rate and, the female menstrual cycle. These rhythmic cycles affect even the tiniest cells of our organism from the day we are born to the day we die.
* Hermanna Swoboda a professor of psychology at the University of Vienna, published this paper in 1900 - "Life is subject to consistent changes. This understanding does not refer to changes in our destiny or to changes that take place in the course of life. Even if someone lived a life entirely free of outside forces, of anything that could alter his mental and physical state, still his life would not be identical from day to day. The best of physical health does not prevent us from feeling ill sometimes, or less happy then usual."
He also observed that new mothers began to show anxiety about their infants whenever a critical day occurred or was about to occur. He collected data on reaction to pain, outbreak of fevers, illnesses, asthma, heart attacks, and recurrent dreams. He concluded that there was a 23-day physical cycle and a 28-day emotional cycle.
* Dr.Wilhelm Fliess a nose and throat specialist and a numerologist in Berlin, proved cellular bisexuality through his research of Biorhythms, realizing that both men and women had an emotional cycle that was the same. He stated that Women are more influenced by the emotional cycle and men are more affected by the physical cycle.
Our regular four biorhythm cycles of physical, intellectual, emotional and intuitional all work together to regulate our physical and mental abilities and well being.
* Alfred Teltscher, professor of engineering at the University of Innsbruck, observed that his students' good days and bad days followed a rhythmic pattern of 33 days. Teltscher found that the brain's ability to absorb, mental ability, and alertness ran in 33 day cycles. In the 1920s, Dr. Rexford Hersey (psychologist; Pennsylvania, America) also reportedly made contributions to the classical theory.
Application of biorhythm:
The theory has been applied in the past to accident prevention. Many companies have studied biorhythms and their effects on airline pilots and athletic teams.
In the workplace, railroads and airlines have experimented the most with biorhythms. A pilot describes the Japanese and American attitudes towards biorhythms. He acknowledges, researching his pilot logbook, that his greatest errors of judgment occurred during critical days, but concludes that an awareness of one's critical days and paying extra attention is sufficient to ensure safety. A former United Airlines pilot and user of the Biorhythms for Windows program confirms that United Airlines used biorhythms until the mid-1990s.
Charting biorhythms for personal use was popular in the United States during the 1970s; many places (especially video arcades and amusement areas) had a biorhythm machine that provided charts upon entry of date of birth.
Scientific background behind the biorhthm theory:
Human biorhythms are interconnected with our endocrine systems. What should that mean? The article on biorhythms in the famous Encyclopedia Britannica says: Some hormones, for example insulin, are secreted in brief spurts every few minutes. Presumably, the time between spurts is a reflection of the lag time necessary for the insulin-secreting cell to sense a change in blood sugar concentration.
Other hormones, particularly those of the pituitary, are secreted in pulses that may occur at roughly hourly intervals. Apparently, pulsated secretion is a necessary requirement for pituitary gonadotropin secretion. When stimulated at about 80-minute intervals by the injection of a hypothalamic gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), pituitary gonadotropin secretion increases incrementally to high levels. If, however, gonadotrophs are subjected to a continuous, nonpulsatile injection of GnRH, gonadotropin secretion is completely inhibited.
Superimposed on these pulsatile secretions are, for many hormones, changes in hormonal levels that occur at roughly 24-hour intervals. These periodic changes are called circadian rhythms (colloq. biorhythms).
Biorhythm:
From the day we are born, we are governed by cycles.
The 28-day cycle called the emotional or sensitivity cycle governs one's temperament. The emotional cycle is considered the dominant cycle in women. It regulates emotions, feelings, mood, sensitivity, sensation, sexuality, fantasy, temperament, nerves, reactions, affections and creativity.
The 33-day cycle, called the intellectual cycle, influences our intellect or thinking capacity. The intellectual cycle regulates intelligence, logic, mental reaction, alertness, sense of direction, decision-making, judgment, power of deduction, memory, and ambition.
The 23-day cycle called the physical cycle governs the condition of one's body. The physical cycle is said to be the dominant cycle in men. It regulates hand-eye coordination, strength, endurance, sex drive, stamina, initiative, metabolic rate, resistance to, and recovery from illness. Surgery should be avoided on physical transition days and during negative physical cycles.
At mid point and end point in each cycle, they sharply move back to zero point and change polarity. The day a cycle changes polarity is called a transition day (also called a critical day, or caution day).
Transition days are the days when we may feel a little off, or have a bad day. A double transition day is when two of your cycles transition on the same day. This day may be difficult. A triple transition day is when three of your cycles transition on the same day. Triple transition days are rare, occurring once every 7-8 years.

"Just a thought"-Spreading inspirational thoughts
Just a thought is an inspirational and motivational blog, where you can learn a lot. As it is David Woon, the blogger's reflection about life in general.
The blog was created to share our thoughts, learn and grow together to make this world a better place.
I am quoting here 2 blog posts, which inspired me. One of the post is "Thank your way to Good Health!" and it says:
"Psychologists have discovered that thankfulness has positive effects on our physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Whenever I count my blessings and thank God for all of them, my day would somehow be a better one! So remember to be thankful for what you have - it's an easy and FREE way to obtain good health in mind, body and soul!"
For full article: hank your way to Good Health
Anlother post is: "The Character Gauge" and it is about "how do we know if we are growing in character?"
David suggested this answer to this question:
I propose two measures to gauge one's character:
1. Nobody-Centric
Don't be overly impressed by spectacular displays of courage, charity or love - it is difficult to determine the underlying motives of such actions.
One accurate external measure would be to observe how one treats the toilet-cleaner, waiter, sweeper, taxi driver or anyone who obviously isn't an asset in any imaginable way - in short, the nobodies. One can be nice to the handicapped to show off his compassion but it takes one with true character to pardon the clumsy waiter who spills soup on him.
“You can easily judge the character of others by how they treat those who can do nothing for them or to them.” - Malcolm S. Forbes (1919-1990) Publisher
"A person who is nice to you, but rude to the waiter, is not a nice person." - Dave Barry, humor columnist
2. Self-Centric
Believe it or not, most of the time, we act in a certain way to impress people or simply to look "good" in front of people. It is only when we are alone that we exhibit our true character, eg. you wouldn't download illegal materials from the internet in front of your children.
So simply observe what you do when you're alone and you'll get a good idea of the kind of person you really are.
"Our character is what we do when we think no one is looking." - H. Jackson Browne, Writer
"Reputation is what you are in the light; character is what you are in the dark." - American Proverb

our intentions can do miracles! Use your intention power...
Use your intention power to manifest Million dollars!
First read about it, alongwith my experiences at one of my blogs:
million dollar experiment post at Senserely
The goal of this experiment is to attempt to use the power of intention to manifest $1 million for each person who chooses to participate. It is 100% free, and there are no costs of any kind.
The idea is that we're manifesting money to serve "the highest good of all." As a group experiment we're doing this cooperatively, so this isn't a competitive race to see who gets there first. The goal is to help create more abundance for everyone who wants to experience it.
Participation rules:
Free to join.
Refresh your listings within 90 days of signing up.
INTENTION WORDS:
"In an easy and relaxed manner, in a healthy and positive way, in its own perfect time, for the highest good of all, I intend $1,000,000 to come into my life and into the lives of everyone who holds this intention."
Instructions:
Your minimum level of participation is to consciously think about the intention
above for just 60 seconds per day. Sometime each day remind yourself to pause,
take a deep breath, review the intention, focus your creative conscious energy
on it with the expectation that it will manifest, and then release it
completely. Allow the universe to handle the details. You're always free to do
more, but commit yourself to at least 60 seconds each day for as long as you
wish to continue the experiment. Treat it like an item on your daily to do list,
or establish a regular time for it to make it a habit.
Reasons to Join the Million Dollar Experiment:
--Help participate in a global thought experiment to experience the power of intention.
--Focus your thoughts on the goal of attracting
wealth in a way that serves the greater good.
--Possibly become a millionaire yourself.
--There's no downside other than investing a fraction of your time each day in holding the intention.
--If there is a super conscious effect to this
experiment, you will be on the receiving end of other people's positive intentions.
--Even if the effect is purely subconscious in nature, you may become more attuned to financial opportunities in your life right now.
--What if it works?
It's 100% free! And there's no catch!

How intentions manifest
Allowing the money to come to you
On a post of February 27th, 2007 Steve Pavlina announced that collectively they're upto about $4 million with 1169 participants. That is about $3400 per person on average. Some participants manifested pennies, while others have manifested six figure sums. (including Pavlina himself)
4-million

About "self growth your way"
If you can imagine it you can create it,
If you can dream it, you can become it.
(Ward, William Arthur)
I believe that life is for one time, and there is opportunity for us to self imporve it. We can make, what we believe, and if we imagine positively, constructively, and happily, then no doubt we can become it.
I want to link here another quote, which is a great lesson for me all the time:
"Say you are well,
or all is well with you,
And God shall hear your words and make them true."
(Ella Wheeler Wilcox)
