How to be happy?

It is very difficult to say how much time of our life we are really happy?-----

But is there any way that we can be happy always, whatever the situation may be?

I don't think that there is any solution, because happiness and sorrow are part of our life. And we cannot choose only to be happy. But we can learn to be happy from our insight.

I was really amazed to download this "Happy e-book", because author "Michael Anthony" has told his story explaining in a very easy way "How we can remain happy and Have Fun Changing the World". And it was also a surprise for me that he has offered this book FREE to download.

Most of the available free e-books don't provide you quality or valuable information, as there is some hidden business trick behind , to promote other products.

But "Happy E-Book" is quite different. It is a complete book in itself and if read in a relax mode and with intention that you want to learn from it, then you are making justice to this book.

The author "Michael Anthony" says:

"I'm giving it away for free as a gift to mankindMichael Anthony."
He says:
"True and lasting happiness always comes from within. This free happy e-book reveals simple, but profound insights that will help everyone that uses them to live a more fulfilled and happier life. If enough individuals use them, it will help change our world for the better.
Here is your golden opportunity to learn how you are designed to function at your best so you can be happier, healthier and more successful in everything you do.

I have shared these insights with elite athletes that used them to win Gold and Silver Medals in the Olympics."

Some words from Question and Answer section of the "How to be happy.org" site:

* The best way that I found to be successful, is to do what you love to do and help others. Success is not measured in monetary terms. Real success comes from the bliss you find within by always being truthful, positive and helping others.
* "A good man is a bad man's teacher, and a bad man is a good man's job." - Lao Tzu
